나가사키 군치 축제는 매년 10월 나가사키 도시에 생동감을 불어넣는 활기차고 화려한 축제입니다. 400년이 넘는 역사를 지닌 이 축제는 단순한 지역 행사를 넘어 일본, 중국, 네덜란드 문화가 어우러진 나가사키만의 독특한 문화를 화려하게 보여주는 장입니다.

군치 축제의 중심에는 눈부신 공연과 퍼레이드가 있습니다. ‘나가사키의 구(區)’로 알려진 지역 공동체들은 전통 춤, 음악, 정교한 가마와 장식 수레를 선보이기 위해 일 년 내내 준비합니다. 그중 가장 유명한 공연 중 하나는 중국에서 유래해 수세기 동안 축제의 일부가 되어 온 ‘용춤’입니다. 또 다른 하이라이트는 일본의 쇄국 시대 동안 네덜란드에 개항했던 나가사키의 역사를 상징하는 ‘네덜란드 배 가마’입니다.
