This building feels like a niche shopping mall made just for otaku. It’s got multiple floors with tiny, independent shops selling everything from indie idol merch to doujinshi, figures, cosplay accessories, and even niche art prints.
One of the coolest parts is the small performance space, where lesser-known idols sometimes perform. You might stumble into a rehearsal or mini live show without even planning it. It adds a raw, community feel that’s hard to find in big stores.
Not everything is flashy – some shops are really low-key, almost hidden, which makes discovering things even more fun. It feels personal, like you’re tapping into the subcultures within the subculture.
Definitely worth a stop if you’ve already done the big stores and want to explore deeper cuts of Akihabara fandom.
