What other travelers are saying about Fuji Yurari Hot Spring
Amazing experience, they pick you up from the station and drive you directly to the onsen.
Do be aware that mount Fuji is not visible all the time, we were lucky but there is no guarantee. The food they have in the restaurant is not that expensive and the massages are soul healing.
The cool thing is that for everything you just scan your bracelet and then pay when leaving so that is really handy since you don't have to have money with you and can just enjoy the trip.

Fuji Yurari Hot Spring offers diverse bathing options, such as indoor and outdoor thermal baths, rock baths, and themed baths that incorporate natural elements to enhance relaxation.
Yes, visitors can enjoy local cuisine at the on-site restaurant, which features fresh ingredients from the region and seasonal dishes that complement the hot spring experience.
Fuji Yurari Hot Spring is open throughout the year, allowing guests to enjoy the changing scenery with each season, from cherry blossoms in spring to snow-capped Mount Fuji in winter.

It was overpriced as many people come here just because the advertisement in Googlemap.
1700yen in weekend for a very small onsen, the view to Fuji is also not clear.
The facility seems not enough for all guests. Many people cannot find a a sleep-chair.
If it is under 1000yen like the other osen, it would be fine.
A little pricey, I thought at first. But then I realized it was definitely worth it! It cost 1,700 per person. Towels are included in the fee; there’s shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shaver in the baths.
Not only is the view of Mt. Fuji great from the outdoor bath, but it was also so fun exploring the different baths they had - from the mist sauna and cave bath to the carbonated onsen and fragrant baths. Not sure if they change the herb in the fragrant baths, but it was lavender when we went, my favorite flower!
Tattoos aren’t allowed, but no one’s checking and most people don’t mind nowadays as long as it isn’t too big and intimidating.
Relaxing & authentic hot springs, lots of baths (indoor, outdoor, hot,, warm, cold, etc) and dry/steam saunas. Down to earth vibe without the glitz or glamour. Can definitely spend hours in the facility, with a restaurant and rest areas and a couple massage and body scrub offerings. Private bath areas also available to rent. Nothing says Japan like a hot soak with a great up-close view of Mount Fuji. Can get crowded on holidays and weekends.
10/10. So relaxing and serene, with the most amazing views of Fuji while you onsen! Do not skip this if you are coming to Fuji as you will feel so happy and relaxed during and after! (Even if it is your first time doing onsen as it was mine!).
Many different pools and ammenities in the public area; Multiple standard indoor and outdoor spas of varying temperatures, cave spa, carbonated spa, sauna etc. Theres also non-spa areas such as the restaurant and massage chair waiting rooms. I recommend grabbing a cold milk from the vending machine once you are done! Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided to clean at the basins before you go in. They also have a free shuttle bus to take you to and from Kawaguchiko station (reserve in advance). This is preferred as Didi can be quite expensive. If you’re with a partner, do be aware they split the public onsen into male and female. There is a private onsen but I’m not sure what the rules are on men and women and whether you need to reserve it in advance.
Do note I came on a Thursday at around 12pm, your experience might be different if you come at peak time! The place is very friendly for foreigners so long as you are respectful and quiet! Only rule they are strict on is no tattoos (and phones obviously). Please do your research on sauna etiquette before coming! Thank you for letting foreigners use your onsen! ありがとうございます!
