such a bad experience… we went down at 3pm and just as we entered the 2nd floor at we see a table of 3 doing the wine tasting. The wine tasting counter was open as well. A few moments later quite a few groups of tourist came up and suddenly the wine tasting section was closed?? On the tasting counter there was a sign that says closed at 430pm but it was barely only 317pm…I had asked the staff and she told me ‘broken’ which left me puzzled because a few minute ago that table of 3 was doing the tasting? and you tell me that ALL the wine taster is spoil? also worse was that they CLOSED their restroom…you could see so many tourist left feeling so disappointed
You can come here and do a self guided tour of the winery for free. You can even visit the cellars and see their collections of wine. Very informative and there is even free sampling of wine at the 2nd level! You can purchase sample glasses of more premium wines at a very affordable price as well(couple of hundred yen). The wines are good and they arent expensive. There are many different types of red/white/ even sweet wines available for sale.
came here as shin furani prince hotel does give a coucher fir a free bottle of win here, the pricess is interesting and theres free wine for tasting. the pricier wines require payment to test
