A great place to visit in October for Sports Day. I’m not sure what it’s like in the snow, but I enjoyed riding the chair lift to the top and seeing the flowers and kochia bushes.
The route to Norikurakogen is very narrow road. But, you will see beautiful scenery in Autumn. It would be the 2nd week of October and the best would be October 20th-25th for color leaves.
