Ikei Ohashi Bridge forms the final spectacular segment of Okinawa's renowned Mid-Sea Route, a 4.75-kilometer driving route that connects Okinawa's main island to a chain of pristine offshore islands. This bridge provides the only vehicular access to Ikei Island, the most remote island in this scenic archipelago, located approximately 25 minutes by car from the Katsuren Peninsula in Uruma City.
