We drove to this place n parking was easily available. The admission fee is reasonable. The cave is how large and took us at least an hour to fully admire the rock formations. At one part, the view was enhanced by colored lights. Good place for nice photos. Not much in terms of English information but this is not an issue as the sights are good enough.
Admission is quite pricey at 1,200 yen per adult.
If you buy your ticket online in advance, you'll receive a postcard when you show your ticket at the entrance.
We took a taxi from the ferry terminal, which cost about 1,000 yen, so it was much more convenient than taking the local bus.
Pretty cool place to visit. Ticket price is reasonable. Interior is well lit to see the cave in detail. Didn't see any bats when we were there, it was fairly quite, pretty good stroll. I'd recommend checking it out!
Clean and easy to walk. Temperature inside is not hot and not cold, you can wear tshirt. Really good path way to walk inside the cave. You can buy a ticket at the entrance for 1,200yen per person.
I have visited several caves and I have to say, this one is pretty impressive.
Unfortunately except for one quiet section, you hear an announcement in Japanese on repeat throughout the whole cave which kind of kills the vibe.
At the entrance is a sad coconut crab in a small cage.
