What other travelers are saying about Kanucha Golf Course
Great course with great ocean views. It's pretty hilly and the front nine are pretty challenging. The staff spoke very little English, but we managed. The resort and the clubhouse seem pretty old and might need some work eventually, but the carts, rental clubs and on course facilities are all nice and up to date. Maybe a little on the pricy side, but still a good value when compared to Hawaii Resort prices. I'd play this one again given the chance
For 23,000 yens per person, this course was not worth it. We were not notified that all the greens had just been sanded. Additionally, no one to unload or load our clubs. At this price, I expected much better service.
Great course. Amazing layout. Currently under construction. I think the rainy season damaged some of the greens. Fairways, the rough, and the tee boxes were all in good shape. Greens need work. Some had no grass. 10’000 y per person for 4 resort guests.
No free water available on the course, must purchase bottles at the vending machines ~300 per drink.
Would still recommend. The views are amazing and the course is still fun.
Great golf course, very nice golf playing. Not too easy and nicely sloped holes.
Second course we played in Japan. Booked by telephone and agreed on lunch break after 9. When we arrived, first we were told that this is not possible. After I insisted they made it possible.
Food was chinese restaurant which we didn´t like too much. Did not check web page well enough, as they were nice Photos with japanese food on google. The place was full of chinese friends who did not speak too much english on the course :-)
As our re-start after 9 was significantly delayed by the team, we failed to take a swim at the beach, as it closed at 18:00 :-(
Checking out was a bit scary as they did not operate the card reader correctly and blamed it on my credit card...well, a European card needs a pin sometimes.
Absolutely! The course is designed to be enjoyable for players of all levels, including beginners. Its layout and features allow for a comfortable and enjoyable round for everyone.
