The Google description doesn't provide hours, but nothing was happening at 10pm except for some flashing lights and a single couple enjoying some take out at one of the outdoor tables.
One of the establishments had a no photographs sign on their door. What do they care if I take a photograph of their darkened door and closed sign?
Quiet, up-and-coming new attraction, but reaching here requires a 15-min walk from the busier parts of the city. Quaint little cafes and boutiques.
It's not too far from Takamatsu Port. You can also buy udon-related props. You can enjoy bread and coffee on the second floor of a cafe with an ocean view and look out the window.
Cute little shops with lots of small independent artists. I recommend this one much more for different buys than your classic souvenir shops.
Mind you it isn't all that big.
環境舒服!! The environment is very comfortable, The 北浜アリー (きたはまアリー) is a house which made from Cargo. In the "Alley", many shops are opened by the creative owner. There included some feature cafe, some hand-made souvenir shop. Very relax place with nice view!!!!!!
