What other travelers are saying about Kyukamura Nyuto Onsenkyo, Senboku
Great food selectiong. Good quality food.
Onsen was good. A little bit small.
Internet was not working, I requested the stuff for help and all they said was Muzukashī (難しい).
I had no internet entire stay...
I don't think it's worth the price.
I spent multiple nights at Kyukamura Nyuto-Onsenkyo but my room was not cleaned, even though I requested it.
Good food and onsen, but broken internet and poor value for the price.

The Kyukamura is a newer, three-story inn in Nyuto Onsenkyo where guest rooms do not include private shower/bathrubs, requiring the use of the public hot springs; the highlight was the excellent dinner featuring beef sukiyaki alongside a generous local cuisine buffet, indicating great care from the inn; after enjoying the relaxing onsen, I slept wonderfully.
I booked this more modern hotel because it was available on hotel booking app. I had a great stay there. The food and onsen were fantastic. There were both indoor and outdoor onsen which were gender segregated. I could eat yummy Akita local produce. While having my breakfast and dinner, I could enjoy the scenic view of the national park. There is a bus stop outside this hotel to bring me directly to the train station. Don't be daunt by the location as it is easy to get there. It is a memorable trip for me.
At the front desk, male staff were not welcome , unlike nice female staff next to him.
Onsen were dated and full of black stain. The water is at right high temperature and good quality. The outdoor bath have no view.
There are fresh and tasty milk machine in front of The onsen.
