Lovely space with fun festivals. The flowers are beautiful, and it's spacious!
The ramp had a perfect angle, allowing us to easily push our wheelchair up to enjoy the cherry blossoms. We went on April 19th, and while the cherry blossoms weren't in full bloom, they were still breathtaking. The area isn't very large, making it a great place for a stroll, and the accessibility facilities are quite good.
The azaleas were magnificent on May 13, 2026.
I've been to Noshiro many times, but this might be the first time I've been to this park. Or maybe my memory is just sealed away.
I went to observe the azaleas.
I'm not very knowledgeable about flowers, so I wandered around without really knowing which flower was which, but there were a few beautiful flowers in bloom.
There was even a ramp for people in wheelchairs, showing thoughtful consideration for visitors.
If you climb to the very top, you can see the town of Noshiro.
It probably varies from day to day, but the breeze that occasionally caresses your skin is cool and pleasant.
Lunch in a place like this would be nice too.
