Traveler reviews

The planetarium was really beautiful! I highly recommend it. As the explanations were in Japanese, the receptionist passed me an English booklet to help us understand the exhibition. It was a pretty small museum that you can finish within 30 minutes.

A small museum that sums up and presents the different techniques to observe the sky. You can make a tour of it in 30 minutes. There are some events as well and a planetarium.
u can enjoy the beautiful scenery there.
Such a great and a wonderful museum! I am impressed with the kindness of the staffs. They are there to show you how you would go around the museum. There are exhibits you can activate to move it just like how the solar system works. The solar telescope was amazing and I was able to use it through the observatory dome. I was able to enjoy the planetarium sky and star show inside the theater. Highly recommended for the whole family. I went alone but it was so enjoyable.
Adults 100 yen! The exhibits have a handmade feel and a Showa-era vibe, which may actually add to the atmosphere. Showa retro!
