Large waterfront park located in the Minato Mirai area of Yokohama.
Rinko Park offers wide open lawns, walking paths, and beautiful views over Yokohama Bay. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, making it a good place for a relaxing walk or to sit and enjoy the sea breeze.
The park is well maintained and usually not overcrowded despite its central location.
Overall, a nice seaside park to take a break while exploring the Minato Mirai district.
A picnic by the ocean just feels so refreshing. It’s usually not too crowded, so you can really relax and enjoy the view.
There’s also I’m donut? nearby, which makes it a great spot to grab something sweet and take a casual break.
Really good park, well maintained and has a 5 km start point which ends at the Yamashita park.
This park also has beautiful garden and places to hang out and have picnic.
Couple of really good donut place, and restaurant are just round the corner.
I have been to this park at like 4 AM to run and there were people so it is very safe.
The wash room are also very clean and well maintained.
Very good place to jog, run, walk, or just sit and enjoy the view.
Rinko Park is absolutely magnificent — a vast, open space that feels both serene and alive. It’s one of those rare places where you can breathe deeply, watch countless dog walkers pass by, and feel part of the city yet far from its rush. The sunsets here are some of the best I’ve seen in Japan — the sky melts into gold and pink over the bay, creating pure magic. Perfect for an evening stroll, quiet reflection, or just sitting on a bench and soaking in the view. A must-visit if you love nature, open skies, and calm coastal vibes.
Came here in late April recently.
Nice to walk the waterfront and the park
The view was nice too.
