Love this place! I have been a big fan of their products. I am so happy to learn more about this company and the history of toilets. The first washlet was produced in 1980. The museum is free and provides a few free parking spots.

What to Expect
• Exhibits: You can see everything from their early ceramics to the first Washlet (bidet) released in the 1980s.
• Layout: The 1st floor features a modern showroom, while the 2nd floor houses the actual museum.
• Atmosphere: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the building.
It is much more interesting than you might expect for a plumbing museum.
Free tour of the TOTO museum! At first you might think it's just a small room with 1 exhibit, but there are 2 others waiting inside. There is an option to download a self-guided audio tour of the expansive history of the company and the direction they have for the future. Overall, a very informative and fun experience!
Seriously an amazing display of products and history about Toto and associated companies. Even just starting with the washlets and toilets, this is a human experience we can all related to. Head into the kitchenware, kitchen fixtures, and industrial technologies and combined there is something for most anyone. Highly recommend, honestly.
I absolutely loved the TOTO Museum. All exhibitions were interesting and well-presented. The admission is free, and so is the visitors-only parking.
