The sea was incredibly beautiful. The location was fantastic! However, the trash on the beach was a stark contrast. It's absolutely not the island's fault. It was a place that made me think about how we need to be more mindful of this in our daily lives.
The best beach on Chibu Island. There's a famous shrine, showers are open all year round, and fossils. There's also a mysterious wooden deck-like ruin.
Even though it was Obon, there were very few people around.
It was a blessed break to be able to swim in the beautiful ocean in between camping trips.
I'm glad I bought swim trunks before going to the island.
