Water slide is open now.
Kids under 3 years old with a diaper designed for playing in water can enter. This is the best.
600¥ to play water slide a day.
Entry fee shown in photos. (1200¥ adults, 600¥ for kids from 5 years old).
The price for enter at evening (from 16:00 ) is a half. 😃
The price on winter is cheaper than summer.
Sometime they invite singer to sing beside the pool.
Recommended place for family fun day. There is free parking. You enter with daily pass and enjoy whole day. Water slide wasn’t open yet but my kids had lots of fun
It's the perfect place for kids to release stress on extremely hot or stormy days! We use it as a place for our kids to let off steam on long drive days. It's not cheap, but it's great to have the option of an indoor pool that's not affected by the weather. The pool is very satisfying, but the hot springs are just indoor and outdoor, there's no sauna or cold bath, and it's not a very special feature. By the way, you can only use the hot springs, but the rule is that you can't just use the pool. It's great that the facility has a free space where you can take a nap. As I mentioned in the colors, it's a very valuable facility overall!
The pool was cold. The heater wasn't on, but for some reason a fan was, making the room feel cold. There was no water temperature display either.
When I went to the counter to inquire about something else, two receptionists were in a meeting, and when I spoke to them, they didn't prioritize me, continuing their conversation until they finished before assisting me. There was no "please wait" or "sorry to keep you waiting."
Overall, considering the facility management and customer service, I feel they lack any sense of what it means to be a service-oriented business.
Although it's a little small, there's a kids' pool, a 25m pool, a birdie pool, and two lazy rivers (outdoor only in summer), so it looks like it's suitable for children from toddlers to junior high school students. There's only one water slide, but it uses a special mat, so you can go down it at a reasonable speed and have fun. It's for children over 120cm tall, so it seems like it would be best enjoyed by elementary school students. It seems to be run by a third-sector organization, so the prices are reasonable.
