No experience is needed! The class is designed for beginners, and the instructor will guide you step by step. Simple tools are used, making it easy to create beautifully shaped sushi.
Transportation is not included. You’ll need to make your own way to the Grand TJT facility. It's easily accessible by public transit and very close to Tokyo Tower.
Depending on your chosen course, you’ll learn how to make Nigiri, Gunkan, and Hosomaki sushi. The Deluxe and Super Deluxe courses also include hands-on practice with slicing fish and using higher-quality ingredients.
The estimated time varies by course but usually lasts about 90 to 120 minutes. Please note the actual time may vary depending on the group size and session flow.
The minimum number of participants is two. If you're booking alone, you may be grouped with other participants if a session is available. It's best to inquire before booking if you're a solo traveler.
