We urge all our users to handle the device with utmost care. If the router is lost or suffers significant damage, there's a replacement charge of 42,000 JPY to cover the cost of the device.

It's essential to pick up your reserved router. Unfortunately, if the device remains unclaimed, we can't process a refund due to the reservation system and device allocation for specific dates.
