What happens if I arrive late to the meeting point?

Since this is a group tour, we cannot wait for late arrivals. Guests are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you miss the start of the tour, you will not be able to join later, and refunds will not be provided.

What should I bring with me on the tour?

It’s best to bring comfortable clothing and shoes, your passport (required by law for tourists in Japan), cash for food and shopping, and a working phone with WhatsApp in case you need to contact the guide before the tour.

How many people will be in the group?

What if the weather is bad?

The tour operates rain or shine, so if the weather forecast predicts rain, bring an umbrella or rain jacket. In severe weather conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund.

Can I use the subway pass after the tour?

Yes. The pass is valid until the last train on the same day.
