Will we share the tour with other travelers?

No. The tour operator currently sells this route only as private plans for groups of 2 to 8 people, so the guide stays with your group alone.

How do we get between the sites?

By public transportation. The local bus to Kinkaku-ji takes about 45 minutes, the bus on to the Kiyomizu area about 60 minutes, the train from Kiyomizu-Gojo to Fushimi Inari 7 minutes, and the ride back to Kyoto Station about 5 minutes.

Can we change the plan on the day?

Yes. Send any requests in advance, and your guide can also adjust things during the tour, including skipping a stop or swapping it for another place. Admission and extra transportation for new places are paid on site.

Which admission fees are covered?

Admission to Kinkaku-ji and Kiyomizu-dera is included. Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka are streets you walk through, and the itinerary lists no admission fee for Fushimi Inari Shrine.
