Great experience! Hands-on learning made it possible to prepare seven different items including sushi, vegetable tempura, miso soup and mochi. I preferred this class to other one-recipe options. The grocery store tour at the end was key to discovering tasty Japanese treats we would not otherwise have discovered. Highly recommend.

Fantastic cooking class and supermarket tour
We had a wonderful time! We managed to make a full Japanese lunch, including futomaki and an egg roll/omelette. Miho is a skilled and patient teacher, always ready to answer questions. She teaches you technique and culture. The supermarket visit is lively and informative. Besides making delicious food, the experience is excellent due to Miho herself, who is kind and lovely.
