A not to be missed cooking class in Kyoto. Highly recommended
We thoroughly enjoyed our Cooking Sun’s Izakaya cooking class in Kyoto. The dishes we made were fantastic and we're looking forward to making them at home. We started off with dashi (Japanese soup stock) which was used in most of the dishes we made. My favourite dish was okonomiyaki (Japanese pancakes), and the yuzu jelly to finish was so refreshing.
