The meeting point is at the Big Holiday Tour reception counter on the 1st floor of Sunshine City Cultural Hall, near the east exit of Ikebukuro Station. It’s about a 15-minute walk from JR Ikebukuro Station or a 5-minute walk from Higashi Ikebukuro Station on the Yurakucho Line. Look for staff in yellow vests to assist you.
