How do I get my tickets and rental gear?

When you arrive at the Maiko Day Trip Ski Center, pick up your rental gear from the rental shop. Lift tickets and bathing tickets can be collected at the ticket counter. For the bathing ticket, you’ll need to enter some details on your smartphone, and instructions will be shared at the bus meeting point.

Can I bring my own skiing or snowboarding gear?

Yes, you can bring your own gear if you prefer. Just let the staff know at the resort, and you won’t need to pick up rental equipment.

Can I change my return drop-off point?

Yes, you can ask to be dropped off at Shinjuku instead of Ikebukuro. Just let the driver know when you get on the bus in the morning.

What happens if the ski resort is closed due to a lack of snow?

If the ski resort is closed because of insufficient snow, the tour will usually be canceled at least two days in advance. You will be contacted if this occurs, and alternative arrangements may be offered.

Is there a place to eat at the resort?

Yes, the Maiko Day Trip Ski Center has several restaurants and food options where you can purchase meals and snacks during your free time at the resort.
