Choose a kanji that means something to you and learn to brush it beautifully in a tatami room in Osaka. You wear a kimono, practice with an experienced teacher, and receive your own name written in kanji on a wooden tag as a surprise.
Calligraphy lessons from introductory to professional level

A really enjoyable afternoon spent practicing calligraphy whilst dressed in traditional Japanese clothing, learnt a lot and will be continuing with it back in the UK.
The tea ceremony was clearly explained and really good fun to serve each other.
