Pre-Flight Preparation

Upon booking, you'll receive a confirmation within three working days, and an e-voucher will follow within seven working days. On the day of your flight, check your email for any updates regarding weather conditions, as flights may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons.

Day of the Flight

Arrive at Tokyo Heliport at the designated meeting time (usually around 16:00, although this may be adjusted based on sunset) at 4-chōme-7-25 Shinkiba, Koto City, Tokyo 136-0082, Japan. Upon arrival, complete the check-in process and attend a safety briefing conducted by the staff to ensure a smooth and secure experience. After the briefing, you'll be escorted to the helicopter for boarding, ready for your flight. Please note that photography is prohibited inside the Tokyo Heliport.

Flight Experience

Approximately 30 minutes after the meeting, you'll board the helicopter and prepare for takeoff. The 30-minute aerial tour offers breathtaking views of Tokyo, where you'll witness iconic landmarks like Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge, and Tokyo Skytree, beautifully illuminated by the glow of the setting sun and the vibrant city lights.

Post-Flight

After the flight, you'll disembark from the helicopter and have a group photo taken to commemorate the experience. If you opt for the round-trip private transfer, your transportation will be ready to take you back to your original location in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area.

• Pricing: The price covers the whole helicopter for up to 5 passengers without seat sharing.

• Weight Limits: Each passenger's weight must be under 120 kg (264 lbs), with a maximum combined weight of 330 kg (727.5 lbs) for the group.

• Children's Policy: Children under 3 years old may sit on a parent's lap free of charge (limited to one lap child per group).

• Flights canceled due to weather are either rescheduled or refunded.

• Meeting time is set; takeoff will be approximately 30 minutes afterward.

• Photography with personal devices is allowed (except inside Tokyo Heliport).

• Eating and drinking are prohibited on board.
