Yes. The beach, park grounds, and parking are free. The adjacent Hyokkori Onsen Shima no Yu hot spring charges separate admission.
The swimming season runs from mid-July to late August, with lifeguards on duty from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The beach remains open year-round for other activities.
The park is located approximately 5 kilometers from Notojima Ohashi Bridge. If driving, cross the bridge from Wakura Onsen and follow the coastal road for about 10 minutes. Free parking is available on-site. Public buses operate from Wakura Onsen Station to Notojima, though services may be limited.
The park has showers, changing rooms, rest areas, a soccer field, and a fishing center with equipment rentals. The neighboring onsen offers hot spring baths and a 100-tatami mat rest hall.
