El Chichibu Yomatsuri, que se celebra anualmente a principios de diciembre, es uno de los festivales de invierno más espectaculares de Japón. Ubicado en la prefectura de Saitama, este festival se remonta a más de 300 años y es famoso por sus elaboradas carrozas y su exhibición de fuegos artificiales.
