• The tour may be canceled when weather conditions are unsafe, such as heavy snow, strong winds, or severe storms.

• If the activity is canceled due to weather on the day, a refund of fifty percent of the published tour price will be provided.

• If cancellation is made by the operator for safety reasons, booking fees will be fully refunded.

• Participants should wear warm, layered clothing suitable for temperatures down to minus ten degrees Celsius.

• Waterproof outerwear, high-sided winter boots, gloves, and a hat are strongly recommended.
