Are there snowshoes available for all sizes?

We offer a limited number of snowshoes in specific sizes: 6 pairs for men (Japan shoe size 25.5 cm - 30.5 cm), 4 pairs for women (22 cm - 27 cm), and 4 pairs for children. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is recommended.

Can children participate in the tour without an adult?

No, children cannot participate alone. They must be accompanied by an adult to ensure their safety and to assist them during the tour.

What should participants wear?

Participants should dress in thermal layers that can be easily adjusted, along with a wind and waterproof jacket and pants. High-sided boots are necessary for wearing snowshoes. Don't forget a hat and gloves to keep warm.
