The most beautiful place in all of Japan that I have seen and one of my favourite places I’ve been in the world. We took a bike hire for two hours and rode the stretch of the path that runs along the beach. It was peaceful and beautiful and in early December at 17°C it felt like you could sunbathe and I wished I had my swimming costume on me to get in the water. If I lived here I would ride this route regularly just for the pleasure of it.
Absolutely beautiful beach and nature walk. Stunning scenes and serenity. Only issue is that there seemed to be a lot of jellyfish here so I was hesitant to swim. Still worth it to wade and walk along the path.
We went here during the summer and it was not to crowded at that time. The view is from the beach is pretty magnificent and like all the place in Japan it is very clean and well maintained. it just a 5 minutes walk from the amanohashidate station.
Very nice, sandy beach! The weather around this time of the year is still suitable for swimming and the water was very warm. Sadly lost my ring in the water :( If anyone finds a Jujutsu Kaisen Nanami ring there, please let me know, i am very sad about it :((
A lot of fish, they will swarm at your feet!
Beautiful path surrounded by "Aomatsu" (green/blue pines). It's worth a little walk even if you don't cross it. There are many boards with interesting information, please take a look at them!
I don't know if it's a beach where you can have a bath, but the day I went, it didn't look like so, which is a shame!
Don't forget to visit the Amanohashidate shrine, like I did...
