A scenic spot about 30 minutes by car from the city area. Despite the bad weather, the sea was clear and clean. There are plenty of parking lots and souvenir facilities nearby, and you can also have lunch around here.
The glass boat was a content that can be enjoyed regardless of the weather.
You can enjoy the underwater scenery on a cruise ship.
You can make reservations in advance for the ship, and it operates on a short time frame.
The course is within 1 hour, and the cost is also reasonable.
A beautiful beach, variety of colours of the water, crystal clear. Easy access, viewing point. The most touristic beach on the island, so you have boats everywhere. Still not overcrowded at that time (January). Barely shops and restaurants, prepare for that. Drinks are available, most people come by boat, we came by bike. Must see and worth it!
This is a must visit when in Ishigaki. We visited off season but still got a beautiful views and had great time.
Lots of activities in the area, boating, kayaking, snorkeling etc. some food options as well.
Stunning bay with nice azure colours. There are a few boats offering sightseeing tours of the bay, some of them with glass floor to see the fishes. No swimming or diving is allowed in the bay to help protect the corals and sea life (however there are quite a bit of litter on the beach). Still a must see place when visiting Ishigaki.
