Went to Kyocera Dome and overall it’s… pretty average.
The stadium itself is fine, but the concourse definitely feels a bit outdated. Nothing terrible, just kind of worn and not as modern as you’d expect. Food options were also pretty limited, mostly standard stadium stuff and not a ton of variety.
That said, there are a couple things that stood out in a good way. The beer vendors walking around with keg backpacks are awesome and super efficient, probably one of the best parts of the experience. Also surprisingly easy to get tickets, which makes it a solid option if you just want to catch a game without planning way ahead.
Not a must-see stadium or anything, but still a decent place to spend a few hours if you’re in Osaka and want to watch baseball.
We’re here for the Lady Gaga concert! It was super cool and the staffs are pretty nice! It’s spacious and warm inside ! And there is a AEON MALL just next to it, which is very convenient !
Very interesting dome to visit if you are a huge baseball fan like myself! High energy fans made for a very entertaining experience if you are used to MLB baseball in the U.S.
A recent visit to Kyocera Dome Osaka to watch a baseball game was marked by excitement and energy. The atmosphere inside the dome was electric, with fans cheering passionately and the crowd’s spirit creating an unforgettable ambiance. The facilities were very clean and well organized, with food and merchandise options readily available throughout the venue. Seating was comfortable, and views of the field were unobstructed, allowing every moment of the game to be fully enjoyed. The entire experience was seamless, from entry to exit, and left a strong impression of Japanese sports culture at its finest. An amazing and memorable event!
First baseball game in Japan! I had a lot of fun and the venue made the experience even better. They have A/C built into the seats so summer games are comfortable. There were so many tempting food options. Maybe I was lucky but there was no line for the women's bathroom. I look forward to catching another game here in the future. Go Buffaloes!
