Experience 5, offerings 5, value 5. 1500 yen to get in, museum is small but organized well and love the room layouts. The view of Mt Fuji, lake ashi, and the hakone taori gate is unmatched. Plus they have a nice little cafe in there. 10/10 go on a clear day and get a great view of the lake.

Inspiring and amazing Japanese paintings. I learned so much from just visiting this museum. Came without research and found out this museum also has the best view in hakone, seeing Mount Fuji.

Highly recommend the views of Fuji and the shrine from the cafe. It was an admission free day when we arrived but usually it's about 1500y ticket I believe. Cafe was ok if you want a drink but there are plenty of viewing chairs in literally the next hall so you don't really need to stop by to sit and enjoy the view.

Had a really good view here. Besides that pls check out the pieces in the museum, they were amazing.

Don't even think about missing this place. Get a coffee herex sit back and take in the view. A trip to Hakone is worth just to see the view from here. We got lucky to get amazing view of Mt. Fuji and lot of fast moving clouds. We got so mesmerized that we stayed there for couple of hours
