I think it's not the season for flowers now, as the park staff were hard at work.
However, the sakura was blooming and it was in all colors. It was so beautiful.

The garden also features seasonal flowers including cherry blossoms in spring and hydrangeas in summer for year-round interest.
The garden opens daily from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, with admission cut-off at 4:30 pm. It closes on Wednesdays. During peak seasons (April to June and October to November), admission costs ¥800 for adults and ¥400 for children. During off-peak months (July to September and December to March), admission is reduced to ¥400 for adults and ¥200 for children.
Yes, the garden provides comprehensive accessibility features. There is a special wheelchair and stroller-accessible entrance that bypasses stairs, along with a handicapped restroom and break area in the garden's center. The garden's flat terrain allows disabled visitors to explore freely, and wheelchairs are available for use, though availability depends on current demand due to limited numbers.
Pets are not permitted on the rose garden lawn or in the garden itself. However, the facility does feature a separate dog run area adjacent to the main garden where visitors can bring their pets for a fee, allowing pet owners to enjoy both the garden and recreational time with their dogs during the same visit.
Went last Saturday (May 20th)
The flowers were all in full bloom.
Some of the rose’s petals were falling off due to the rain the days before.
They have a dog run that has two areas 1 for small to medium size dogs and one for large dogs. My dog enjoyed running around, It is a good size dog run. It also has a lot of shade and benches.
Beautiful garden full of well, roses, although it’s the first time I’ve been to a garden that has such a strong yet pleasant “rosy” fragrance anywhere you go.
