A nice tower with a great view on a nice day. There is a conference center attached on the first level. The third level has a theater that shows a good short clip if you have the time. Additionally there is an exhibit showcasing Mongolia, Korea, China, and Russia. The fourth floor tower cafe is a good spot to just relax and grab a drink or a bite to eat.

Really nice waterfront, but not really much to see. You can see mini mount fuji, rent bikes, walk the waterfront, buy some souveniers, use the washroom, take a pi of the ship...
Tower with good view in reasonable price
This place was really nice! Probably would have been better if I was on a date though. Haha
I am a foreigner and I was able to get a discount when I showed my passport. Normal price is ¥300 and the discounted price was half off.
On a clear day, you can see Mount Daisen from the tower. You can also make a keychain with your name on it. The instructions were in Japanese but with a little google translate, most anything is possible.
