Amazing, delicious, and fun
Really awesome experience. We cooked 5 dishes, sushi, eggplant, eggs, teriyaki sushi, crushed cucumber. We started off the tour in a supermarket getting fresh ingredients for the meal. Mini our guide was absolutely amazing, helping us understand the cousine and making all the dishes so much easier than we would on our own. Plus so much more fun to have a guide keep you company and share the meal with you. Highly recommend this toue/cooking class!
Sushi, Sake, and New Friends – A Perfect Afternoon with Mijori
Had an incredible time making an entire Japanese meal from scratch—from miso soup to our very own hand-rolled sushi! Mijori, our guide, was an absolute delight—warm, funny, and so knowledgeable. The vibes were top-notch with great music, a fun atmosphere, and new friendships formed over chopping boards and sushi mats. The sake pairing at the end was the perfect touch, complementing each dish beautifully. Highly recommend this experience…delicious, memorable, and so much fun!
