Seven Kinds of Sake and Complementary Foods Experience

Join us for a unique sake tasting experience where you’ll explore 7 different types of sake, each from a different part of Japan. These sakes are carefully selected by expert Yuzo Tsuchiya, who has traveled across the country to find top-quality brews. With each sake, you’ll enjoy a small dish made to match its taste. The food, created by cookery expert Kuniko Kikuchi, includes both Japanese and Western flavors for a rich and varied experience.

As you taste, experienced guides will share stories about how sake is made, its long history, and its place in Japanese life. You’ll get to know what makes each sake unique and learn which foods bring out their best flavors. It’s a relaxing and fun way to enjoy great drinks and dishes while discovering more about Japanese culture.
