Safety and Accessibility

• The venue has dark areas and uneven terrain. You may not be able to safely experience the venue if you:

1. Are pregnant

2. Use a wheelchair or cane

3. Have difficulty walking independently

4. Are carrying a child

5. Are wearing unstable footwear

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult can accompany up to three children, and each adult must purchase a ticket.

• Individuals in poor health or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted entry.

Entry and Timing

• Please arrive within one hour of your scheduled time. For instance, if your start time is 7:00 PM, the last entry is at 7:30 PM. Late entry will not be permitted.

• Final orders at the Drawing Factory must be placed by 7:30 PM.

Refunds and Changes

• No refunds will be issued for personal reasons after an order has been placed.

• Date and time changes or cancellations are not allowed after purchase.

Venue Policies

• We are not responsible for any injuries or damages within the facility.

• Some exhibits may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.

• Luggage exceeding 50cm in length is prohibited.

• The use of monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks for photography is prohibited.

• Flash photography is not allowed.

• Strollers are prohibited inside the venue, with designated stroller parking available on the 3rd floor.

• Only assistance dogs are allowed; no other animals are permitted.
