What other travelers are saying about Abeno Q's Mall
Very nice shopping mall with great facilities. Staffs are very kind and helpful. The food court has many choices. Only few homeless people might be not nice to see, but they are not doing anything to the others.
Abeno q mall truly has everything you need under one roof. Whether you're grabbing groceries, meeting friends for a bite, or keeping the kids entertained, this place delivers. The selection of restaurants is diverse and satisfying—perfect for anything from a quick snack to a full family dinner.
Prams are available for use on b1 from the information centre.
One thing to note is that the food court can get quite rowdy during dinner time. There is a lot of high school kids hanging out (this was the same at other malls as well)
Families are especially well-catered to, with convenient pram access and wide walkways that make navigating with little ones a breeze. And for a bit of fun, the game centre is a huge hit—it adds a playful energy to the whole mall.
Overall, it’s a great go-to for everyday errands and weekend outings alike.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *A Shopper’s Paradise!*
Q’s Mall is hands down one of the best shopping destinations I’ve visited in a long time! This place has it all—whether you’re looking to shop, dine, or just enjoy a fun day out. The variety of shops is truly impressive, offering everything from high-end fashion to unique boutique finds. I could spend hours browsing the stylish clothing stores and quirky gift shops.
The restaurants here are a major highlight! There’s something for every craving, from gourmet dining to quick, delicious bites. I especially loved the cozy ambiance of the Italian bistro and the vibrant energy of the sushi bar—both served some of the best meals I’ve had in ages. It’s the perfect spot for a lunch date or a family dinner.
What really sets Q’s Mall apart, though, is the full grocery store. It’s incredibly convenient to be able to pick up fresh produce, pantry staples, and specialty items all in one place after a day of shopping and dining. The store is well-stocked, clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
The overall atmosphere of the mall is welcoming, with clean facilities, ample parking, and a layout that’s easy to navigate. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making this a one-stop destination for everyone. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, Q’s Mall is a must
This mall is super baby- and toddler- friendly! There are several shops dedicated to babies (Akachan honpo, babydoll) and great free play areas for the babies to relax in. You take off your shoes, and the area is quite clean and safe.
On the 3rd floor, there's a food court with many delicious options (katsu, sashimi, ramen, meat...) and the food court has dozens of baby chairs (with and without straps), an area with tables on the floor/tatami style to eat with babies, or low tables and chairs to eat with toddlers. There are changing pads and feeding stations on several bathrooms on each floor. Bathroom stalls have chairs to keep your baby/toddler while you use the stall. I believe this was both female and male bathrooms.
There is baby cutlery. There's an outdoors play area as well. There are sinks for kids to wash their hands...
Coming from outside of Japan, this blew my mind. I have never been to such a baby-friendly mall. I think I'll be coming back very often!

Other than baby stuff, the 4th floor has some very good looking restaurants that often have lines on the weekends. The B1F has a huge supermarket with tons of bento options, as well as bakeries, coffee shops, more bento stores, etc.
One of the best shopping areas in Tennoji! It is extremely accessible from both Kintetsu and JR stations, along with an overhead walkway so you dont have to deal with traffic when walking to multiple malls.
