The Futako Tamagawa RISE Skate Garden is a seasonal outdoor ice skating rink located within the modern Futako Tamagawa Rise shopping and entertainment complex in Tokyo's upscale Setagaya ward. First established in 2012, this winter attraction has become a beloved annual tradition, transforming the area into a magical winter destination along the scenic banks of the Tama River in southwest Tokyo.

The facility features a 390 square meter ice skating rink, making it a substantial outdoor skating venue in the heart of the city. The rink operates as a full-scale ice skating facility during Tokyo's winter months, typically running from late November through early March. The Skate Garden offers experiences for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced skaters. Skating lessons can be booked on the day for beginners or novices, subject to availability, while support sleds are available for rental to help younger skaters.
