Stopped by Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park to end the day. Overall, a nice spot to wind down after exploring other slopes.
The runs are good—nothing too extreme, but still enjoyable and well-maintained. Easy to cruise and just enjoy the ride.
Great option for a relaxed finish to your ski day 👍
Love this place, spent 3 days here at the end of the season, plenty of fun snow, great runs for beginners, kid friendly, great cafes and food halls, beer at the top and the bottom of the gondola, plenty of room to slide around, fun watching all the shred heads hitting the jumps as you you take the lift up. Two days we had sun and warmth, one day rained, all very fun. Love this place.
Really good ski zone compared to the other resorts available. Gives you some really long ski runs with decently quick chairlifts too. It's a good vibe they have with lines moving quickly during peak periods. A lot of coverage on the mountain, gives you a really good ability to track all over if you're an experienced snow boarder
Went on Dec 31st, 2025 & Jan 2nd, 2026. Great snow coverage, lifts are fast, staff helpful and efficient. Highly recommend buying ticket online and picking up at kiosk. I love that one ticket gives access to both Goryu (Escal plaza & Iimori) and 47. There’s also a shuttle running between the bases. A huge bonus is the onsen at Escal Plaza. Perfect after a day in the slopes.
First time snow boarding and it was great! This resort in my opinion is the best because one pass gets you to Goryu too so it’s a good deal. And throughout the period, it was the only resort open. We were supposed to go to Happo one resort too but it kept closing due to bad snow conditions. No idea why but Hakuba47 and Goryu were still open! In the end we managed to pick up snowboarding easily and comfortably and managed to go down a red slope at the end!
