This iconic turret served as a substitute for the main keep of Kawagoe Castle.
The unique structure, with a wall surrounding the two-story turret to make it appear as a three-story turret from a distance, is quite remarkable.
As its name suggests, on clear days, Mount Fuji can still be seen faintly from here.
Visited on a weekday in December 2025 around 2:30 PM.
There were no other visitors.
It may sound harsh, but it's a good way to kill time.
What I liked was the view behind the scenes.
The owner's cute and fancy sense.
