How to Spend a Day at Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park and Sakuya Konohana Kan
Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park is a beautiful park in Osaka. It has wide open spaces, pretty flowers, gardens, and peaceful walking paths. Inside the park, you can also visit Sakuya Konohana Kan, a large greenhouse with many plants from different parts of the world. This guide will help you spend a relaxing full day here.
Take a Train to Tsurumi-Ryokuchi Station
From Osaka Station:
Take the JR Osaka Loop Line to Kyobashi Station.
Transfer to the Nagahori Tsurumi-Ryokuchi Subway Line and get off at Tsurumi-Ryokuchi Station.
From Namba Station:
Take the Midosuji Subway Line to Shinsaibashi Station.
Transfer to the Nagahori Tsurumi-Ryokuchi Subway Line and get off at Tsurumi-Ryokuchi Station.
The park entrance is directly outside the station.

Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park was built for the 1990 International Flower Expo and has gardens from many countries.
What to Do:

✔ Visit Windmill Hill, a great photo spot with seasonal flowers.
✔ Walk around the large pond and relax by the water.
✔ Explore different flower gardens (roses, tulips, hydrangeas, depending on season).

Visit Sakuya Konohana Kan Botanical Garden

Entrance Fee: About ¥500 per person
This is one of Japan’s largest botanical gardens inside a huge glasshouse. It has plants from all over the world.
