  • You will cook and eat a full set of ramen, gyoza, and fried rice, so please come prepared to enjoy the meal

  • Meat-free options must be requested when booking so the chef and guide can prepare in advance

  • Ramen broth is pork-based and cannot be made fully vegetarian

  • The tour begins on time and late arrivals cannot join, reschedule, or be refunded

  • Children from age 6 can join but must be supervised during cooking tasks

  • All cooking abilities are welcome, from beginner to experienced

  • The class may be canceled in case of severe weather for safety reasons

  • You do not need to pay for the guide’s food or drinks

Workshop Agenda

Walk to the Studio

On the short walk to the studio from meeting point, your guide will share fun facts and a little background about ramen culture in Japan, giving you the perfect introduction before the cooking begins.

  • Duration 20 minutes

Make Fresh Ramen from Scratch

Learn step by step how to mix, knead, roll, and cut noodles under the guidance of a ramen master. You’ll also prepare the toppings to complete your steaming bowl of ramen.

  • Duration 50 minutes

Create Gyoza & Fried Rice

Next, you’ll try your hand at wrapping juicy gyoza and frying them to golden perfection. The session also includes making simple but tasty fried rice, rounding out your meal.

  • Duration 40 minutes

Enjoy Your Homemade Feast

Sit down and taste your own creations—fresh ramen, crisp gyoza, and fried rice. Beer or sake will be served to complement your meal, or you can choose a soft drink if you prefer.

  • Duration 30 minutes

Wrap Up

End the class by receiving a recipe guide so you can recreate everything you’ve learned at home. Your guide will also share the photos taken during the class to remember the experience.

The full experience takes about 2.5 to 3 hours. This includes meeting your guide, walking to the studio, preparing ramen, gyoza, and fried rice, and finally enjoying the meal together.

Unfortunately, this class cannot fully accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free requests. The ramen broth is pork-based, and we cannot guarantee an allergy-free kitchen. However, if you’d like to skip meat toppings, please mention this when booking so adjustments can be made where possible.

Yes. You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the class. Free rescheduling is also available up to 24 hours in advance, depending on availability.

The class starts on time out of respect for all participants. Late arrivals cannot join, reschedule, or receive a refund. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point a few minutes early.

What a great experience.
This was an excellent few hours with So our host and sensai chef. We were able to make our own noodles, make all the ingredients, and then make our dumplings and our ramen to our taste. Unlimited drinks and great company made this a great evening
