Really nice tour to take , try and do the 2 hour one
Excellent tour . We did not have much time in Takayama so did the one hour tour in evening but it was very very good . Forgot the lady who guided us on tour but she was very good as was Yama who was at the tour agency when we arrived .

A Great way to highlight key areas in Takayama
Our guide was very knowledgeable of the area and was very patient in showing us a lot of the interesting parts of the town. When we took the tour, a s it was still early morning, there weren't too many people walking down the old town streets, making it ideal for taking pictures without too many people in our shot.
Outside of the Old Town, our guide also told us about history surrounding the places we went, and also pointed out many of the interesting shops and places we may want to visit after the tour. Thanks to that we didn't run out of things to see during our stay.
If you are visiting Takayama without knowing too much about the area, I would highly recommend this tour!
