They usually hold markets and events here. And I participate in them to sell my products and we also do workshops. The best season to visit is spring from March to May. May is the peak season for roses.
Review: Ibaraki Flower Park in Early June 🌹✨
Visited Ibaraki Flower Park in early June when the roses were in full bloom—and it was absolutely stunning! The garden was bursting with vibrant colors and the air was filled with the sweet scent of roses. Each variety had its own charm, and it was a joy to walk through the beautifully maintained rose paths.
After enjoying the flowers, we stopped by the on-site café, and saw the food was —beautifully presented and looked incredibly delicious. They had the Taiwan 🇹🇼 theme that day.
I had the meal in the cafe before and it was very delicious.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful flower-filled day with great food in a lovely natural setting.
Great place to hang with your family. Price is fair (900 yens) and the view is beautiful from the top of the hill. I recommend buying the year pass if you intend to come regularly.
EDIT may 2021: the renewal took over a year but the wait was really worth it. New gardens, new facility, new design. Everything is better.
Had lots of fun smelling the roses. There's lots of different flowers available here that's great for summer visits. Hydrangeas, lilies etc.
We arrived early for the illumination so we had heaps of time to go around the park. We had so much fun in the forest especially the swing.
The illumination was okay. There were not so many lights but we were still able to enjoy our time.
