The whole class takes place at Ramen Dojo Tokyo in Ohashi, Meguro, a short ride from Shibuya: kneading and cutting fresh noodles while your chicken chashu cooks, choosing a tonkotsu, shoyu, miso, or vegan broth, then customizing your bowl at the toppings bar before eating it.
