There is no limit to the number of participants for a TPE shoot, but the ideal size for each package is no more than 10 people for a 4 hour shoot.
A clear meeting point will be arranged prior to the date of the shoot. TPE photographers will have a The Photo Experience I.D card.
We recommend booking 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred booking date and time.
Final images will be sent via email and will have a private viewing gallery.

Prices are set the same for all destinations.
TPE can shoot for weddings, please email with request and details.
If your chosen destination is not listed, please email as a photographer may still be available.
Additional photos and prints can be purchased after the shoot.
Photographers and clients can contact each other before the shoot.
If running late, please let TPE and photographer know ASAP, an additional fee may apply if more than 15 minutes late.

Outfits and make-up can be changed during the shoot, but quick changes are suggested.
Final images will be received within 14 days of the shoot.
Cancellations and rescheduling, bad weather and delivery will be addressed in terms and conditions.
Request for a male or female photographer can be accommodated, but ultimately depends on availability.
Photographers will guide and direct clients through the shoot. A shooting guide can also be sent before the shoot starts.
