Flower Teahouse: A Unique and Personalized Tea Ceremony
Join us for a one-of-a-kind tea ceremony with a personal touch. Immerse yourself in the elegant world of matcha tea as you step into a traditional machiya. Delight in seasonal sweets and refresh yourself with a cup of tea. Under the guidance of a knowledgeable instructor, you will have the chance to learn the fundamentals of tea-making.
All necessary materials for the tea ceremony, including matcha, sweets, and tea-making supplies, will be provided for you. Our sweets are gluten and nut-free, as well as vegan.
For guests who find it difficult to sit on the floor, chairs and tables are available. Our tearooms are located upstairs, but our Garden Teahouse is wheelchair accessible. If you have walking difficulties, please let us know in advance. Infants and babies are welcome, and if you have any special requirements, please let us know. Kimono rental is available for an additional fee, but it is not required. Please come as you are.
Your instructor will begin the session with a brief overview of the history and culture of tea. After the tea ceremony, you will be served a traditional sweet and have the chance to make your own cup of matcha under the instructor's guidance. During your experience, feel free to ask questions and take photos (without flash). Please refrain from taking videos. If you need a chair, don't hesitate to ask our staff.
You do not need to bring anything for this experience as we will provide everything for you.

2. Is the tea ceremony accessible for people with disabilities?

3. Is there a kimono rental available?
Kimono rental is available for an additional fee, but it is not required to wear a kimono. Guests are welcome to come as they are.
4. Are there any restrictions on taking photos during the tea ceremony?
Guests are allowed to take photos throughout the experience, but we ask that they turn off the flash. Taking videos is not allowed.
5. What is the cancellation policy?
Answer: A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 1 day of the event.
